Theoretical understanding of the world based on a secondary analysis of sensual data, on material obtained as a result of processing of empirical facts and identify relationships between them. It means the establishment of facts between the objective relations and on this basis, the acquisition of a new world of facts. Critical thinking illustrates the complex motion of a human in a world of facts.
Theoretical understanding of empirical fact, for example, that sea water is salty, characterizes the search researcher indirect relationships between the internal elements of this phenomenon. And actually it is not about sea water and its salinity and not even about the elements that led to this salinity, and the laws of interaction of elements or facts which determined this specific relationship and attribute of a phenomenon.
Strictly speaking, such knowledge can be called a fact. based on understanding it as a sustainable education, as it reflects the objective relations between objectively existing facts and laws. Nevertheless, it is different from the state of the world and its perception of consciousness, which describes the concept of a fact.
