This clarification clearly shows that systems theory and its proposed type of legitimation has no scientific basis: first, science is not functioning by itself in your own paradigm, according to this theory, the systems paradigm, and secondly, the society can not be described by this paradigm in terms of modern science.

For our system
imagination the Chinese culture is the most meticulous, the most
hierarchicalband, the most indifferent to the events of the time, the most highly
associated with a clean deployment length. It is seen as
civilization of dikes and dams beneath the eternal face of the sky, we see it
unfolded and hardened on the entire surface surrounded by walls
continent. Even the letter itself that civilization can't play in
horizontal lines the elusive flight of the voice; it builds up in
vertical columns fixed and still identifiable image of the things themselves.
Thus, the Chinese ENCYCLOPAEDIA quoted by Borges, and
proposed taxonomy lead to thinking outside the space to
homeless words and categories, which, however, are based on
the ceremonial space, overburdened with complex figures,
the interlacing roads, strange landscapes, secret passages and
unexpected connections; so on the other end of the inhabited Land us
there is like culture, is entirely subordinate extent, but not
distributing the abundance of living beings in any of those spaces
which we can call, to speak, to think.
