First, we have identified in this passage that, according to our understanding, the meaningful units, denoting them by a slash. They turned eight. Then, the divided semantic units according to the content and functional role or affiliation, at least as we understand it and imagine from the point of view of reflection of the main contents of the proposal.

This quatrain contains two sentences. First: "Oh, powerful Lord of destiny!" we have introduced only in order not to break the General sense and understood the contents of the second sentence. Now we will only be interested in the second sentence, which contains six blocks, where the block "Russia / reared?" is the key.

We formed two types of conceptual blocks. 1. The main unit that contains the key idea. 2. Auxiliary semantic units that describe the condition, specify the contents, prove the truth of the key judgment, determine spatial and temporal parameters. Thus, they actually translate the content of the key block of the conceptual-hypothetical true - as the main and final target of this proposal.

We highlight the key idea of this proposal: "Russia reared". The semantic unit "Ne so whether you're" is the conjunction in the preceding sentence and specifying its properties, i.e. the same as "a powerful Lord of destiny!". The concept of "reared", of course, requires a semantic specification - of which "the rack" refers to. After all, the concept of the rack and conceptual education "reared" have a lot of different aspects. The author specifies and defines the meaning of key concepts.

We are talking about the salvation of Russia: raised "above the abyss" (over the abyss, the abyss etc.), in which Russia was ready to fall, raised up (elevated). This emphasizes that Russia does not fall, does not slip, as it becomes stale, and is elevated on the height, but for some reason before the abyss. Raised harshly, hard, firmly, adamant, i.e. the"iron check", when we are talking about the critical situation in the country, especially the country to the sublime.
