Reflection and realization of fact and respecttively its inteRPretoria possible only on the basis of past knowledge as the most common catetamghas kontseptualstion knowledge
Empirical knowledge is built from General to specific. Any private fact is perceived only on the basis of General knowledge. And this is another feature of consciousness in cognition or recognition of the fact. Empirical fact can be perceived by consciousness only in case if it will be included in the class concepts of a General order. Approximately, therefore, i.e. from the General to the particular, is learning new things. This allows you to include any new fact in our empirical knowledge, if it can be picked up any very General empirical knowledge. The determination of a new fact as well comes from the General to the particular. Any particular fact becomes such when it was inscribed in some structure of knowledge.
In addition, the fact content is determined only in the framework of our task, and due to this is the restriction of empirical knowledge on volume. In other words, it is not absolute, but relative. The content of empirical knowledge about the empirical fact becomes absolute only in the context of the problem being solved.
Thus, empirical knowledge is based on the broader knowledge that allows you to learn related facts, and is limited to only those tasks that a person sets before. This determines the content of empirical knowledge as empirical fact in its absoluteness. Man does not need all the diversity of the world, not because it is impossible to comprehend, but because this is not necessary in carrying out its tasks. He needs only one world, and only the knowledge that allows them to decide and not a jot more.
Thus, the objective fact exists, but only in our minds and only because that was needed in the solution of private tasks. The rest of the world is only a possibility for the consciousness to when there is a need to translate it (the possibility of) using the mind or thinking as a tool in empirical knowledge.
