If the researcher is building a new hypothetical communication system of facts, the historian or investigator try to reproduce the existing system of interpreted facts. The question in this case is about the understanding and restoration of the essence of the so-called primary facts. In other words, you must restore the causality of the phenomena that gave rise to the existing fact (system facts) in order to determine the nature of the fact, its content and place in the past and present facts.
Scientist, looking to the future, builds a hypothetical system of interrelated facts. The historian or investigator, as indeed each of us, if necessary, trying to replicate the already existing chain of interconversion of the essential fact that in order to understand its nature and to determine its place in the system of interrelation of facts. In the first case, this is a breakthrough in the future, to build a new system of facts and definition of their role in it in the solution of new, non-standard tasks. In the second case, a man trying to understand the existing system of facts with which he was faced. It acts in the model field of knowledge, but for some reason unknown.
However, the process of interpreting the natureofdy of the original fact and its surrounding set of facts remains unchanged. It is the same, the only difference is the vector directedonSTI. The essence of the process is reduced to a formal logical mechanism to build RAwithSRAetion, i.e., to a specific logic of interaction of facts, which is reproduced in thinking and its practical verification. The procedure for building a syllogism is well described in the logicaletion literature.
