The conceptual design can certainly be the object of true knowledge as a database having the form fact. But it is a fact only a conceptual space, conceptual fields, which (fact) is very different from the existence in the subject area that are outside of consciousness. The difference of content of the fact in conceptual space and in the subject region may be determined primarily by the fact that the subject area is always dynamic and conceptual space of the conservative and contains only the past (in time) conceptual knowledge, and hence the need is larger or a smaller share is not the truth.
You can say so and it will be true within certain semantic boundaries. The concept is articulated form of thought. And overall, words: consciousness, thought, thinking, intellect, concept. etc., etc. have articulated the elements of the mental space. Announced, then received a physical (in this case audible) expression.
In other words, the elements of the conceptual field that only exists in consciousness, with the need for a substantive designation. First, in the subject field of the conceptual space, and then in the subject area outside of consciousness. You just need to remember that this is a very different subject areas.
