The facts are only in the mind
The division of the world into material and ideal ¡is, on the one hand, the evidence of the spatial perception of the world, which is based on his direct sensory perception primarily in its physical expression, and on the other hand, conditional admission, which allows not only to divide the world into some components, and to relate them to each other. Otherwise it would be impossible to draw a coherent picture of the world.

To draw a complete picture of the world means to build his well-known elements in a certain formal logical system, which in itself may indicate a true reflection of constituent entities of the external environment. At least only in this case it is possible to carry out any acts of action. Another thing is that a logical system can be untrue, respectively, and acts of human action are inadequate to the objective reality, the real motion of external objects, which are somehow in contact with the person, determine each other, etc.
This means that the formal logical system of reasoning and human actions must reflect the logic of the system on external objects, as in form and content. But to reflect it can only be the case if the external actors as the facts are in the human mind, in his mind. It must be emphasized as facts, meaning by this only that the subjects of the environment stand for consciousness as a reality.
Thus, it appears that consciousness can build a formal logical system only if this reality already exists in the human mind. (How it gets there, we have already partly talked about it). However, it is more details to understand what is fact, which is in the outside, and that is a fact, which is conscious.
The division of the world into ososanand NY are not conscious of rotexists only nesponhand to understand the process of transition to a world of facts feasibleaboutSTI in conscious bsment.
