In General terms, the concept of "space", which came from the physical world and its physical representation, has the same nature: space is something, what that something is. The concept of "space" was formed when the object is somehow interested in a man who began to consider the object as a repository of elements necessary to solve their problems. However, there is the concept of "infinite space", meaning that the boundaries of the object person is not known or just not interested, as, for example, the boundaries of the universe, at least in everyday life practice.
The concept of "space" and the concept of "place" is very close. Place, as we have said, this is the object on which or using which the person solves the problem. The total between these concepts is that they describe the form of link objects with each other: the object can be located either inside or outside another object, which allows people to solve different tasks. But between them there is a significant difference. If the object is inside another object, the shared object space if the object is outside another object, the latter has a place.
We can say that space is a place that has a structure. So it takes human consciousness in solving its task. In turn, the concept of "place" in consciousness is interpreted as a kind of solid education without structural division. It is clear that in fact it does not happen every object has its own structural elements. Just the consciousness perceives the object, and operates them as such, because the solution to your specific problem the person is not interested in the object structure. The man takes the object as a solid education. So, most people can consider the moon as the only place where the astronauts landed. But for the astronauts on the moon there is a space that has its own structure and in which they solve their problem.
In the philosophical literature, the concept of "space" is often seen together with the concept of "time" in our reasoning about the unity of place, time and action is logical. "Time" as a category associated with the space very well within this triad. The notion of "action" it usually means: the action of something, often forces of nature or man, there is no third. And when you write that time is a dimension of space, and this space is an expression of time, such a view is quite logical and essentially correct. But more about this further.

However, another series of notions close to the notion of "endless space" is still more definite, tends to some limit, albeit very weak. In fact the concept of "large", "huge", "distant" and even "outer space" mean any limits. Still, "large space" is not "infinite space", and the term "open space" acts as the antithesis of "private space" that also implies some limits. But the peculiarity lies in the fact that these boundaries are unknown.

Because of the generality and uncertainty, and therefore inevitability, of the space which determines the behaviour and a person's life, and in particular the interpretation of it is even a mystical hue. In fact, the empty or dead spaces do not exist, it is necessarily something contains. The concept of empty space exists, or describes something in this space cannot act, or rather that it doesn't make sense.
Not is and low, sublime or sacred space. But the relevant concepts exist and, no doubt, reflect the person's attitude to this phenomenon as inexplicable, complicated and maybe even dangerous.

But, on some level of consciousness man from the mystical interpretation of the phenomenon goes to his rational, though very General, description. In a sense it becomes a work, since it contributes to the solution of specific problems. In particular, we are talking about this representation, which is bordered with a certain meaningful content, and the content of which has a clearly defined meaning. Ultimately washed goes into the goal and task. If necessary, these definitions can go into the concept with their borders and spheres of action.
So when they talk about the unknown space, it is assumed that it may be known. The concept of "working space" or "space action" covers the space in which one can act to solve their problems. Just at the moment it is or not, or not yet known. The same can be said about free, certain, visible, required, etc. space.

Gradually, however, the concept of space was narrowed to such a view that has been actively used by man, first in General terms and then in specific areas. Most importantly, the space was clearly, intelligently used by humans as a working tool in solving its task. As such, it suggests that the space is already developed, became part of his rational life, known and independent entity of the external world, which is included in the chain of interactions of constituent entities of the external world when addressing the man in his tasks. In particular, we are talking about such General concepts as
