A direct question is not always the best and shortest way to the solution Explorer task, although it is attractive because of its brevity. The advantage of situational questions compared to so-called direct questions is that they represent a phenomenon or a process in some specific, shaped, you might say, tangible form. Choosing a particular situation is proposed by the researcher, respondents expressed their attitude to the object under study. In some cases, when using a complex concept or when the Respondent is asked to solve a number of challenging research tasks, it facilitates the work of the respondents and helps to obtain more accurate results. Situational questions usually easily treated and does not present much difficulty to understand the meaning of the question and the answer to it. However, situational issues has its drawbacks, namely:
1. Their verbosity. If the direct question you can do two or three words, in situation you have to build not one sentence. This complicates the application form makes it wordy and heavy, dulls the attention of the respondents. This drawback is overcome if situational questions are interesting, impressive and fascinating.
