Talking one day with two of the members of the British Anthropological I made a few comments about the work was going to take the psychological section of this society, and my the interlocutors expressed a desire to see the thoughts expressed by me in writing presentation. When a few months later I was reminded I made promise, I was not able to remember the details of what I told them then; but trying to remember made me then think I was forced to sort out in my head the entire area of comparative human psychology. The result was this article. It need hardly be said that a General review of the subject is always preceded by with use a thorough study of the whole subject and every part thereof. Indiscriminate wandering through the field, not with us no certain borders or internal boundaries, always has its consequence some smrtnosti thoughts. The study of any particular part of the subject the lack of information regarding its linkages with the rest, leads to incorrect concepts. The whole cannot be understood without some familiarity with it parts, and no part can be understood outside of its relation to the whole. Therefore, a brief sketch of the extent and main divisions of comparative human psychology also should lead to a more methodical implementation the pertinent research. In this area, as in all others, the division of labor should facilitate progress; but every division of labor must must be preceded by a systematic division of the subject. All of our item can be easily divided into three main sections, arranged in order of increasing specialization.

Talking one day with two of the members of the British Anthropological
I made a few comments about the work
was going to take the psychological section of this society, and my
the interlocutors expressed a desire to see the thoughts expressed by me in writing
presentation. When a few months later I was reminded I made
promise, I was not able to remember the details of what I
told them then; but trying to remember made me then think I was
forced to sort out in my head the entire area of comparative human psychology.
The result was this article.
It need hardly be said that a General review of the subject is always preceded by with
use a thorough study of the whole subject and every part thereof.
Indiscriminate wandering through the field, not with us no certain
borders or internal boundaries, always has its consequence
some smrtnosti thoughts. The study of any particular part of the subject
the lack of information regarding its linkages with the rest, leads to incorrect
concepts.
The whole cannot be understood without some familiarity with it
parts, and no part can be understood outside of its relation to
the whole.
Therefore, a brief sketch of the extent and main divisions of comparative
human psychology also should lead to a more methodical implementation
the pertinent research. In this area, as in all others,
the division of labor should facilitate progress; but every division of labor
must must be preceded by a systematic division of the subject.
All of our item can be easily divided into three main sections,
arranged in order of increasing specialization.
