As can be seen from Fig. 2, the first questions in the questionnaire, respondents did not like. There is a fairly large number of refusals to answer. Then interest in the form began to rise, and by the 20th question, the number of refusals of the answer is constantly decreasing. 25 question it was stabilized, then the attention of the respondents fell sharply, probably, questions, located between 25-30, they did not like. Then the interest of the respondents is again slightly increased, but still remained lower than that in questions 15-20. Further to question 35 it remains constant and decreases again for issues 35-40. Apparently, those questions were not interesting. On a plot of 40-45 attention of the respondents is again increased, then in the next section it is again reduced, but not by much. By the end of the questionnaire, the response rate increases again, probably because the questionnaire came to an end and questions, located here, was easy to understand and answer.
Why does this uneven distribution of the interest and attention of the respondents, why some questions they respond willingly and others are not willing to answer?
Firstly, it may depend, as already mentioned, the fatigue of the Respondent. If the questionnaire is very difficult, already from the second trimester, the Respondent becomes less attentive to difficult questions especially in the middle and at the end of the questionnaire just does not respond.
Secondly, the reason for the refusal to answer may be misunderstanding part of the respondents of the questions of some block. Perhaps the question or block of questions was so poorly designed that they have become incomprehensible and uninteresting.
