The stability of a fact depends not only on its internal content, but also on the totality of the facts. Other facts as a kind of force field to hold the fact in a space relatively long time. Thus, they determine the content of a fact and make it whole and separate entity, i.e., the fact that we're talking about. Fact content depends on its location in space and time as constants and other facts.
Existence of how sustainable value is dictated by the time of its existence. But only the time required to solve the problem person. The more tasks, it is possible to decide the more fact takes on the value of sustainable ("eternal fact"). The less tasks you can solve, the less resistant is the fact. If none of the existing task can not be solved, the fact does not exist.
In fixing the position and content relative to some constant value and the resistance manifested no such thing as a fact, because everything can only be defined with respect to a constant.
The notion of "fact" led to man's relation with the external world as a sustainable, stable, sensible education and so it becomes more or less solid Foundation of human action. Introducing this concept, man made immediate, concrete, sensory world recognizable, clear and understandable and, most importantly, the predictable that allows him to feel comfortable. This gives you the ability to accurately predict the position of man in time and in space relative to themselves and each other. But most importantly to build their own path of conduct, the objectives and determine the extent of their sustainability.
