In the present work does not attempt to give a systematic and complete presentation of the question problem and question-answer relationships in applied sociology. It is a description only of some experience in social research, formulating questions and constructing the questionnaire as a whole. Essentially this book is a sociologist notes, written on the basis of their own experience and that of other sociologists.
Identification and analysis of the laws and regularities of the construction of questions and question-answer relationships, elaboration of rules and their formulation require extensive practical and theoretical work and a large number of diverse experimental studies. Unfortunately, our sociologists are engaged in this very small, which does not allow currently to be able to synthesis work.
I tried to answer only some questions about issues to cover only the basic terms and preconditions of this problem and show the possible directions of further work, of course being sure that the decision is a collective task that can be performed only by the efforts of many sociologists.
If the reader will consider this book is so, then the author will consider my task accomplished.
