Of course, these three elements are completely formal and they
can be given a different content. Here are a few examples. For
Saussure, who was dealing with the semiological system of a special kind,
exemplary from a methodological point of view, namely the language, the signified
is a concept, meaning and acoustic image (mental
order); and the connection of the concept with an acoustic image forms a mark (for example,
word), that is, a specific entity [3]. It is known that Freud considered
the psyche as a dense network of relationships of equivalence, relationships of SIGNIFICANCE.
One element of the relationship (I will refrain from reading it
primary) constitutes a clear sense of the behavior, the other element
is a hidden, or actual, meaning (for example, the substrate
dreams), with respect to the third element, and in this case it
is the result of the correlation of the first two elements. It is the very dream in
his integrity, failed action or neurosis, which are conceptualized as
compromise, saving energy, promoted through the connection of the form (first
element) and an intentional function (the second element). In this example it is easy
make sure how important the distinction between sign and meaning: for Freud
a dream is not so much an immediate reality or latent
content as a functional relation between two elements. Finally, in the criticism
Sartre (these three well-known examples I and limited to) the signified
is a failure of the original identity crisis (separation from mother from Baudelaire,
the naming of stealing their name from his Wife); Literature as a special discourse forms
meaning and Outlook tion between personal experience and the discourse creates
the artwork, which can be defined as value. Of course,
this three-element system, in spite of its unchanged shape, not
implemented always in the same form, I want to emphasize again that
the unity of symptomatology exists on the level of form rather than content; the scope of its
use is limited, it only deals with one language, with only one
surgery reading or deciphering.
