We highlight the key idea of this proposal: "Russia reared". The semantic unit "Ne so whether you're" is the conjunction in the preceding sentence and specifying its properties, i.e. the same as "a powerful Lord of destiny!". The concept of "reared", of course, requires a semantic specification - of which "the rack" refers to. After all, the concept of the rack and conceptual education "reared" have a lot of different aspects. The author specifies and defines the meaning of key concepts.

We are talking about the salvation of Russia: raised "above the abyss" (over the abyss, the abyss etc.), in which Russia was ready to fall, raised up (elevated). This emphasizes that Russia does not fall, does not slip, as it becomes stale, and is elevated on the height, but for some reason before the abyss. Raised harshly, hard, firmly, adamant, i.e. the"iron check", when we are talking about the critical situation in the country, especially the country to the sublime.

And all in the name of saving Russia from apparent imminent death (falling down into the abyss, into the abyss). Otherwise the concept of the rack and conceptual education "raised up" (to kill, destroy, torture, etc.), suggests a different content of action. However, suddenly I accidentally used the word "reared," not "hanged on the rack". The word "raised" implies (or rather determines), in the context of the word "rack".

So it was clear from the first reading, is understood by the interlocutor, in this case, the reader, are special in the content of semantic units that specify the content of the basic concepts, the place of a word-concepts in the overall structure of the sentence, or otherwise, what is the role and what place they occupy. And if the proposal in this sense, logically correctly constructed, then, as a rule, difficulties in understanding the main content does not occur.

Oh, powerful Lord of fate.
