Still mention of the true alternatives, in the sense that each of them may be the answer to the question. Regardless of the chosen respondents suggested alternative or not, it remains true, i.e. carries a meaningful answer to the question. In fact, the question "Where did You meet your wife?" all the proposed alternatives (and I worked together at the resort, we met accidently on the street, in the subway, introduced relatives, friends, etc.) are true, since each of them may be the answer to the question. Even this most incredible place of fun, like a space ship (met during a flight on a space ship) can be true if not today, then in the near future, at least not completely excluded. This alternative is true because it carries some of the information inherent in the question, regardless of whether it is demanded or not.
But there are alternatives that are under no circumstances cannot be true, i.e. cannot be the answer to the question. So, all the answers to the question "At what temperature water boils?" are false except for one at 1000. Or the question "Where the Volga empties?". Answer: in the Black sea, the Azov sea, in the Pacific ocean are false, i.e., none of them can be the answer to the question under any circumstances.
But this is a false alternative in explicit form. However, there are false alternatives in an implicit form, which at first sight difficult to distinguish from true. They can be formed as a result of ignorance or sociologist scope of the issue, or the inability to compose a question, or for any other reasons.
