The true picture of the whole outside world, not necessarily, although it definitely should be, because the large world is changing slowly and is not directly related to solving particular tasks of man. In other words, compared with the large time changes of the outside world the current task of man is so fleeting and shallow in time that the world is not having any effect on them. Therefore has no value in the General concept of the universe, built the world God or subordinated to external laws, builds his own people. The data represent only one work purely and immediate problem. And if humanity recognizes that God created the world, then the Church hierarchy will have an advantage in the human world and will be able to successfully solve their problems.
Thus, conceptual representations of a person, of course, the truth, as they allow him to solve their problems, but only as a past experience, i.e., as an experience, confirmed by practice, the private interaction with the world and objects which exist outside of consciousness.
Again, the objective world exists and can exist for man only in the form of its realization, namely, as his past experience and not otherwise. We do not deny the existence of the world outside the mind. And it would be silly to challenge it. But the moment of interaction with external entities or the external objective world there is always a subjective construction of ideas about the world. Because of the variability of the object person changes and their conceptual understanding of it. The process of building this concept always specific. The view is not proven, only assumed that the external object that is, and therefore performance can be considered possibly true. It maybe true because the external world is always changeable, always different. For solution of his problem, the man takes him to a period of time as a constant and operates them as known based on my past experience. And thus he immediately becomes pathologically may not be true. In other words, if you change the object or its task man always when you build a new concept of the action comes from his past experience as basis of knowledge, and it is, therefore, potentially wrong, untrue.
