And after that person or to punish or pardon. Known to all: "can Not execute pardon". Depending on where to put a comma changes the context and the destiny of man. These are good demagogues, especially from politics, the judiciary, journalists, etc. However each of us consciously or not consciously, more often, freely, more freely moving words from one context to another and thereby completely obfuscates the main point, i.e. what I wanted to negotiate side.

Confusing especially when it is good. At least means that one understands the process of education the context and change the meaning of words. The realization and formalization of the process (what often really is demagoguery), means open the way to knowledge, as the ability to create different contexts and embed it in the right words is a direct path to the knowledge of a new fact, and from it the solution to your problem.

When a person confuses unknowingly, willingly and correctly creates new contexts and inserts random words, then that's too bad, because he does not understand the process of formation of new knowledge, and accordingly is not able to solve the problem. What a bunch of nuts we collected, never created the machine. What would a bunch of words we write, will never be complicated coherent text for the task.

The ability to create the context and the ability to use within the created context of the word is a form of cognition, And of cognition formalized when there is an understanding of how this is done, for a person to do it and why to do it. Moreover conscious the permissible scope of use of such a mechanism as a context for solving some special, or similar tasks.

We mentioned a little earlier that the dominant determines the content words and the relationship between them. It is the dominant feature becomes the only object, which acts an objective, a purpose or overall meaning of the text or suggestions. More precisely, the task defines the key word which denotes dominance. In turn, it is the dominant chooses words and puts them in a special content in strict accordance with the task.
