These concepts describe the second part of the action, namely the impact impact. As already mentioned, any action is essentially the effect of, or exposure to, a person in the external relation to the object. Act and the act represent the first stage of this impact. But when the act and the act already targeted, they lose their original washed away and appear as a full action, the essence of which it is in effect a purpose, influence.
Purpose three: to subdue the external object, i.e. to include it in the scope of their powers, to obey him, i.e. to integrate into his concept of action, or to establish some kind of cooperation. In any case, it is the desire to occupy a place that is always someone busy. If the seat is not occupied, it does not mean "place", it is not there.
You should also note that the term "influence" suggests a milder version of the effect. While the impact, apparently, suggests a strong, perhaps even uncompromising influence.
3rd party ¡ opposition. The counter implies action directed against another action.
