The peculiarity of this construction proposals and actions is that these two events can easily alternate. But when you write: "We'll go to the cinema or we say," there is already strict separation in time, for each of these events, or at least one of them is very complex, and he needs to devote all the time and maybe a lot of the present time. Here are also two sentences with the original subject and predicate, and of course ligament.
Conditions vary not only by time but also by place or space. "If there is a book fair, we find there are good books". "There, i.e. at the book fair" - a place where they can see the books. And any suggestion mandatory contains a reference to a place in space. In the same way as with time, an indication may be explicit or implicit, implied: "Well, let's go" somewhere. Thus, we come to a very important index of development proposals within the logic of sense. That would become the clear meaning of the sentence, must respect the principle of the unity of place, time and action. This means that the action is always carried out in time in a particular space, which must be indicated in the proposal. Moreover, this means that the proposal must specify one action, one place and one time. Cannot be so that would indicate two simultaneous actions in one place or at one time; can't be as that would indicate one action committed in two places at once, and cannot be so that one activity and one place was done in two time settings.
