  1. The discourse-that is language in its ability to Express
representation of language names, divides, combines,
binds and unbinds things, allowing you to see them in transparency
words. In fulfilling this role, language transforms a number of perceptions in
picture and, on the contrary, divides the continuity of living beings on
the individual signs. Where the discourse is there, and there apolagise
are performance, joined there and dismember things.
High vocation of classical language has always been
to build a "picture", whether it is natural-scientific, coving
truths, the description of things, the collection of accurate knowledge or
encyclopedic dictionary. Language must be transparent; it
lost its hidden density, which in the sixteenth century concentrated it in
requiring the solution of it, weaving with the things of this world; he has not
purchased and versatile existence, which we
think nowadays. For a classic century, the discourse is the
    translucent necessity through which and
views and creatures, since these creatures are presented
before the spiritual eyes, as long as the performance makes visible
the truth of beings. The very possibility of knowledge of things and their
order is connected in the classic experience with the mighty power of the words:
the words here really are not any signs requiring
clue (as in the Renaissance), no guns, more or less
reliable and manageable (as in the era of positivism); rather, they
form a colorless grid, which identifies the
beings and organized presentation. This, of course,
due to the fact that classical reflection on language,
as part of a General organization of knowledge into which it enters
the same rights as the analysis of wealth or natural history,
played against them a leadership role.
